Welcome to our school! Nestled in the heart of India's spiritual roots, our doors are open to students from every corner of the world looking to dive into yoga and ancient Indian wisdom.To help us keep this space peaceful, authentic, and grounding for everyone, we just ask that you follow a few simple guidelines during your time with us.

What's Not Allowed

Substance & Dietary Standards: The campus is a strictly vegetarian and substance-free space. Smoking, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, meat, fish, and eggs are completely prohibited on the premises.

Mobile Phone Usage: Mobile devices may only be used outside of class hours in designated areas. Phone use is strictly prohibited in the dining hall.

Media & Recording: Photography, video recording, or audio recording during classes, lectures, or sacred ceremonies requires prior permission from the Director.

Cultural Conduct & Tradition: In alignment with local customs and the yogic lifestyle, couples are kindly asked to refrain from public displays of affection (such as hugging or kissing) within the ashram, temples, and shared spaces.

Spiritual Discipline: Students are encouraged to observe brahmacharya (celibacy) for the duration of their stay to support their spiritual practice and internal focus.

Attendance

Mandatory Attendance: Participation in all scheduled classes and activities is required for all enrolled students.

Timeliness & Respect: Punctuality is an essential aspect of spiritual discipline. Please arrive promptly before each class begins and remain for the full duration of the session out of respect for your teachers and fellow practitioners.

Sunday Schedule & Meals

Free Time: Sundays are designated rest days, giving you time to relax, explore, or sightsee on your own. On rare occasions, a class or special session may still be scheduled.

Meal Service: Regular daily meals will be served as usual throughout the day.

Silence Hours & Quiet Times

Silent Periods: To foster inner focus, strict silence is observed during all meals, prior to morning prayers, following evening prayers, and throughout all lecture classes.

Nighttime Quiet Hours: "Lights out" is at 9:00 PM across all accommodations to ensure everyone gets restful sleep and can maintain the early-morning schedule.

Personal Belongings & Security

The ashram cannot assume liability for personal belongings, money, or valuables. Please ensure your items are stored securely in your accommodation at all times.

Course Completion & Certification

Attendance Requirement: To successfully complete the course and receive your certification, you must remain in residence at the ashram for the full 25 days and 25 nights. Early departures or unexcused absences will forfeit your eligibility for certification.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Term: Course fees must be paid in full upon your arrival at the ashram.

Refund & Transfer Policy: All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including early departure or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

Dress Code & Attire

Modesty Standards: Out of respect for local customs and the sacred setting, all students must dress modestly. Shoulders, midriff, and legs should remain covered at all times.

Prohibited Clothing: The following items are strictly not permitted:

  • Shorts above the knee
  • Sheer, transparent, or see-through tops
  • Low-cut or sleeveless shirts
  • Tank tops

Provided Attire: Suitable clothing compliant with the dress code is available for purchase at the ashram for an additional fee.

Continuous Compliance: This dress code applies across all campus activities without exception, including asana classes, lectures, and both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Terms, Registration & Course Requirements

Payment Terms & Refund Policy: Full payment is required upon arrival via cash or PayPal (all applicable taxes included). All fees are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to complete the program, your enrollment may be carried forward to a future session.

Registration Documents: You must submit your original passport and one passport-sized photograph during registration on day one.

Course Duration: Program lengths vary based on your level of study - 100 Hours: 14 Days, 200 Hours: 25 Days, 300 Hours: 35 Days, 500 Hours: 55 Days

Schedule & Daily Commitment: You will receive your complete schedule prior to training, consisting of 6–7 hours of instruction daily (excluding Sundays). Students are expected to refrain from taking on external commitments during the course.

Attendance & Certification: Mandatory, punctual attendance across all classes is required to earn your Yoga Alliance (US) certification. You must complete all required contact hours and pass both assessments (a Week 3 assignment followed by a final-week written and practical exam). Please follow the instructions of your assigned teachers for each subject.

Ashram Rules & Code of Conduct: Full compliance with school regulations is mandatory. Campus guidelines strictly prohibit non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and tobacco. Nightly curfew is set at 9:00 PM.

Cultural Guidance & Graduation: Teachers are readily available to answer questions regarding Hindu philosophy, mantras, and cultural traditions. Training concludes on the final day with a sacred Ganesha Pooja ceremony, where flowers, prasad, and certificates are presented.
